Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges to make sure you get the right fit.
If you need to exchange your item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange for you.
We strongly recommend checking the measurements on our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
- For customers outside Dubai, items must be sent back to us at your own cost. Once received and inspected, the replacement size will be dispatched to you
- Each item is eligible for one size exchange only
- Limited drops may sell out quickly, so your preferred design or size may not always be available for exchange
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Once approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
IMPORTANT
All returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
